- Expertise in business user requirement analysis, system Analysis, preparing business workflows & documentations.

- Prepare and execute test plans / test scenarios for Unit/Functional/Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Prepare user manuals.

- Provide group and individual training to end users for new systems and enhancements.

- Problem identification and resolution of production issues by working with key business owners, users, functional consultants and developers.

- Responsible for preparing Business Requirement documents (BRD) and software change requests taking functional requirements specification as a base.

- Expertise in preparing Menu and Security setup documents.

- Involved in the development of advanced/complex reporting solutions such as Dashboards and Standardized Reporting and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) using Qlikview.

- Primarily involved in gathering requirements for the Graphical User Interface (GUI) screens and designing the same in Qlikview.

- Assist in resolving the issues/cases raised by the users for Qlikview application.
