Dilsha Basheer

A Civil Engineering graduate from APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University with foundational skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and AutoCAD. Recently served as an Operations Engineer at Indus Towers Limited, overseeing 142 towers and managing a team of six technicians in the Ernakulam area. Core competencies include power systems management, cross-functional collaboration, and documentation analysis. 

At Indus Towers, contributed to ensuring uninterrupted power supply through teamwork and adaptability while engaging with multiple departments. Recently certified in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit, aiming to integrate technical expertise with operational efficiency. Motivated to bring a collaborative approach to problem-solving and offer diverse perspectives to dynamic engineering teams.

Custodian for 142 towers and managed 6 technicians at Ernakulam area. Ensured the continuous supply of power across all the towers. Played a vital role in cross functional collaboration by working in various departments showcasing adaptability and versatility in different roles, Maintained proper documentation and review analysis reports of my supervision.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering – Developed strong fundamentals in structural analysis, construction methods, and engineering design.  
- BIM Training Certification – Completed training in Building Information Modelling with expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, quantity take-off, and bar bending schedules. Familiar with 3D modelling and construction documentation workflows.
