• Providing 1st and 2nd level support to system admins/ bank staff / service providers and customers.
• Monitoring and maintaining bank network / servers to ensure perfect up time.
• Monitoring and maintaining ATM /CDM / CRM machines using real time applications (RTA).
• Monitor all activities to prevent all unauthorized access to servers and coordinate with security team.
• Maintaining hourly and daily checklists.
• Starting and completing bank’s EOD (end of day) process.
