 Manages the generation of quotations, costing, proposals and submittals as per tender request.  Creating a weekly delivery schedule after coordinating with the principals  Excellent skill and understanding of clients PQ Application Submittal and follow-up for early review.  Responsible to receive tenders, RFP, RFQ, RFI and related correspondence and acknowledge the receipts promptly.  Arrange the local delivery with the required documents certificates as per the client’s request.  Sorting all the incoming quotes, outgoing quotes, dispatched items, invoices, courier bills, BOQ’s etc electronically/manually on a priority basis.  To be an active team player in achieving company’s objectives and goals.  To keep up all commitment made to the customer and gain high level of customer satisfaction.
