Operations Manager Oil and Gas trading

Main responsibilities:

- managing operations team for Oil and gas trading. In charged of the logistics and shipping of petroleum products.

- supervising operators in day to day operations

- preparing Sales & Purchase contracts and coordinate with Suppliers and Receivers / Customers.

- handling Shipping documents for cargoes, Custom clearance, any overdue payments and transaction records.

- managing Laytime/demurrages with Suppliers, Receiver or Ship's Owners.

- managing Demurrage claims with Suppliers, Receivers.

- work closely with Traders for market strategies, and risk managers on cost inputs.

- work closely with tank terminals, ITT, PLT, vessel loading operations coordination, documents supervision.

- coordinate with survey companies, agents, brokers regarding voyages/loading/discharging and other related operations.

- retain existing relationships with other businesses.
