Professional Civil Engineer and a registered Abu Dhabi Municipality approved Engineer with over 25 years experienced in multi-discipline projects in both local and international particularly in GCC countries. With extensive knowledge and proficiency in Construction Planning / Scheduling, Project Controls & Contract Implementation Works and Project Management (PMC), Inter-discipline Coordination and Construction Supervision.

With diversified experiences in GCC which  directly engaged in large scale Industrial and Process Plants Projects, Onshore Oil and Gas Development Project-(Khurais Crude Oil Facility-ARAMCO, SA), Barakah Nuclear Power Plant-Physical Protection System Project, Substations, Waste Water Treatment Plant,  Warehouses, High Rise Hotel and Residential Buildings, Residential Villas and Infrastructures related  to Road Network system and all underground  services such as but not limited to;  HV/MV Cablings, Fiber Optic (Back Bone) System, Tunnels and to include NDRC services &  HDD Crossings, Telecommunications, Street Lighting, Traffic Monitoring and Control System, Fire Fighting, Irrigation (TSE), Potable Water Supply, Storm and Water Drainage Systems,

Also, involved in the Government Infrastructure Projects with its implementing Agency by the Department of Public Works and Highways, Philippines for the Construction of various Roads and Highway, Bridges/Viaducts, Elevated Railways and Light Railways Transport System all located in Metro Manila.

For the last 16 years in my career, I have mainly focused in Construction Project Planning, Scheduling, EOT Claims, Tender Planning in EPCC Contractor and a PMC Consulting- Client PMT environment covering the areas of Project Planning, Contract Management, and Project Controls.
 

Graduated with the Degree of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at the University of Saint Louis, Philippines in the year 1990.

Passed the Civil Engineers Licensure Examination in May 1992 conducted by the Professional Regulation Commission, Manila, Philippines.
