DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop ideas considering the client’s needs,
building’s usage, and environmental impact.
• Coordinate with engineers to discuss strategic ways to
handle projects.
• Produce construction drawings and make any
necessary revisions.
• Produce 3D design model.
• Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals
• Provide well-planned solutions in architecture
according to MEPFS provided.
• Identify client requirements and attend on-site
meetings.
• Ensure project construction is completed within
budget and schedule.
• Liaising with local authorities and regulatory bodies to
ensure that all works are carried out to specific
standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
• Compile project specifications.
• Follow architectural and design trends and
advancement.
