I am a deidicated pharmacist having more than 3.5 years of clinical experience as a pharmacist. 

I am a licensed Pharmacist with 3.5 years of professional experience in hospital pharmacy practice. I have worked at Travancore Medical College and currently serve as a Clinical Pharmacist at Aster PMF Hospital, Kollam.

My experience includes inpatient and outpatient pharmacy operations, medication dispensing, prescription review, drug interaction monitoring, patient counseling, and ensuring rational drug therapy. I have hands-on clinical experience in reviewing medication charts, supporting physicians with evidence-based drug information, monitoring adverse drug reactions, and promoting medication safety.

I am well-versed in hospital protocols, regulatory compliance, and maintaining accurate pharmaceutical documentation. With strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail, I am committed to delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care and improving patient outcomes.
