My experience includes  5 years of clinical experience as Associate dentist and RCM Executive experience in Patient Registration,  Pre-Approval of claims, Assigning PT and ICD codes, e Claim link-  claims submissions, Reconciliation, Resubmission, Denial Management, eMRPlus software, strong knowledge of medical terminology, DHA basic plan and Exclusion List Adherence to coding standards , clinical documentation, a dedicated work ethic and professionalism. I hold a degree in Bachelor of Dental Surgery from A.J Institute of Dental  Sciences, India and am a Certified Professional Coder (AAPC).

Contributes to developing  recommendations for changes to clinical practices to ensure compliance.  Assists in preparing comprehensive reports, including recommendations and appropriate  action  plans.  Facilitates  the  dissemination of results from inspections and audits. Maintains  confidentiality of all data and information at all times. Interprets and reports quality data to support facility leadership and clinical decision-makers. Identifies and escalates significant non-conformance with laws, regulations, or standards to the Director of Clinical Governance .Works directly and closely with all disciplines to develop reliable processes for achieving compliance .Maintains various databases and is accountable for the timely and accurate production of routine and ad-hoc reports. Performs other applicable tasks and duties assigned by the Director of Clinical Governance within the employee’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Completes all assigned tasks in a timely, standardized, and appropriate format.
