• Keep record of customer preferences and offercustomized of warm and cold coffee as per taste.

• Maintain adequate stock of materials at the coffee bar.

• Good in milk steaming and maintained the ideal temperature of 60 degrees

• Calibrated grinders and used machine like Lamarzoco

• Open and close the coffee stations.

• Assist in menu setting and determining coffee of the week regular.
