As an accomplished Leader, Eco Leader, and Education Innovation advocate with over 16 years of experience teaching and Education K-12, a lead for innovation, I’m currently the Director of innovation for learning and engagement in US schools at Taaleem. I am a member of the Senior Leadership Team, and have experience as a teacher, principal and head of teaching and Learning. With expertise in writing school improvement strategies and and education management delivering breakout sessions, workshops, and boot camps on various topics, including entrepreneurship and future careers, sustainability in education, future of education, and innovation, I specialize in tailored engagements and strategies that address current education demands and adapt to each organization's unique needs and vision. My approach begins with exploration/research and understanding, followed by facilitation for organizational diagnosis, and can take various forms, including advisory, training, workshops, events, video content, or leadership retreats. 

With a strong background in education leadership and a

proven track record of success, I am confident in my ability to lead and drive academic excellence and student growth.
 

With over 16 years of experience in US education, specifically in K-12 settings, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise across multiple
educational levels. As a senior leader and Director of Educational Innovation for US schools Taaleem, I have successfully guided and mentored teams to deliver exceptional educational outcomes. My leadership skills have been instrumental in shaping and implementing innovative strategies that have significantly enhanced teaching and learning practices.

I hold a Master's degree in International Management and Policy of Education, providing me with a comprehensive understanding of global educational systems and policies. Additionally, I'm currently pursuing my PhD in Education from the University of Glasgow. My certification in design thinking equips me with a unique problem-solving approach
that fosters creativity and innovation in educational environments.
My ability to stay at the forefront of educational trends and leverage the latest innovative practices and technology has consistently delivered excellent academic results. By analyzing complex educational
challenges and conducting continuous research, I have developed a knack for providing forward-thinking solutions that enable educational
institutions to thrive. Moreover, my experience in schools in the UAE has afforded me extensive knowledge of KHDA and UAE MOE frameworks,
ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

As the Director of Innovation for Learning and Engagement, I have successfully crafted school improvement strategies and facilitated
staff development programs, including breakout sessions, workshops, and boot camps. These programs cover a wide range of topics, including
entrepreneurship and future careers, sustainability in education, the future of education, and the impact of innovation on education. Design Thinking lies at the core of these sessions, ensuring that they are
dynamic, interactive, and aligned with best practices.
