In my experience that I have acquired in my recent work place is being a team player, more experience in Microsoft services such as Microsoft word, excel, power point, am also able to write report and be able to give feedback and also being able to handle different types of customers according to their own needs and specific needs, good follow up and tracking ability and also being safety sensitive according to where I am working.

 

In the experience I have acquired in the previous jobs is being able to work under minimal and no supervision, being able to build up a well detailed reports and information, stock taking and planning timely activities so as to ensure things are carried out at the specific time so as to ensure that there is no delay reducing work load and also enabling the company to work efficiently and also receiving calls and transferring them to their respective departments according to the customers’ needs or concerns.

I am a diploma graduate in secretarial course that includes typing, word processing, presentation, spreadsheet, IT security(cybersecurity) and office procedures. I have also diploma in customer service.
