Obtain New clients both corporate and individual. • Handling Esteem clients like Ad coop, Carrefour, Noor Bank, Deyaar, Gems School, Time hotels etc. • Generating potential leads for ESCO Projects, LED’s, Solar and Food Waste management. • Customization of contracts as per client ‘s requirement. • Calculating Costing, Sales projections, deciding marketing tools. • Conducting Business review meetings with key stakeholders to assess risk, review future strategies and identify potential cost down and improvement of opportunities. • Preparing report detailing energy conservative recommendations, implementing cost and analysis of payback on Implementation. • Attending sales meeting on C level to provide adequate technical support. • Handling technical correspondence with client, vendors and suppliers. • Establishing connection with existing and new clients, negotiating contract terms, follow up and visiting the sites. • Help the client to select the right products, handling the projects right from placing the order till goods reaches the end users. • Responsible for increasing the market cover of the company and awareness about the product. • Review and study of project documentation including project feasibility report, due diligence report. • Conducting Ashrae Level 1 energy audit. • Analysed electrical and water bills and rate schedule. • Assessing electrical and water system and identifying demand saving opportunities. • Initiating, designing, cost estimation and planning of lighting retrofit projects. • Perform energy audit for facility regarding LED lights. • Lighting design in Dialux to optimize electricity consumption and load demand while maintaining lighting levels, function and environment of the space. • Have proven track record of managing and monitoring projects. • In charge of the projects from the Preliminary stage till installation and handing over project to client. • Managed and supervised a team of engineers and technicians for installation and commissioning. • Scheduling work order, expediting the movement of components to meet deadlines.
