Instrumentation & Control Engineer, responsible for planning, review, creation and execution of all Instrument related day to day maintenance activities on Process facilities, like installations, commissioning and shut downs covering Gas compression area, oil & gas wells, well head control panels, separators, vessels, power generators, ADNOC ICSS including (DCS, PLC, ESD, F&G system), Control valves, Motor operated valves , choke valves, Online gas Chromatographs, Metering systems in accordance with both local and industry standards. Lead the troubleshooting and fault finding on instrument equipment/systems and their hardware replacement. Skilled at SAP Fiori work management system and Maximo maintenance procedures, job plans and work instructions.

Hands on training at ADNOC LSR, Health safety environment rules, SOPs and protocols.
• Familiarity with latest design methods and techniques e.g. SIL, HAZOP, review and full understanding of plant’s engineering design, maintenance strategy and philosophy and participated in the development and Implementation of condition monitoring procedures/routines.
• Being a safety TRT (tactical response team) member, actively participation in routine and unannounced drills.
• On Job mentoring and coaching to UAE nationals Trainee Instrumentation & Control Technicians.
• Woking as instrument team player for day to day maintenance and coordination with other departments.
• Skilled at MS office, SAP Fiori, Maximo enterprise edition and other computer soft wares.
• Skilled at SAP fiori work management system and Maximo permit to work systems.
• Hands on experience and trouble shooting at Flow Boss, senior orifice and multivariable instruments, Barton recorders and fiscal metering systems.
• Ability to analyze and resolve problems effectively strong technical experience for Trouble shooting and problem-solving and preparing root cause analysis.
• Trouble shooting, commissioning, and modification of Well control panels and shutdown systems (WHCP).
• Operation, Maintenance, troubleshooting experience with rotating equipment especially in process gas turbine Generators and Compressors like GE, Novo pignone.
• Hands on experience of Pro-safe Safety System and Centum -VP DCS system, Foxboro Invensys, HIMA ESD systems and LCPs/UCP systems.
• Maintenance, Installation, troubleshooting experience with Bentley Nevada 3300 & 3500 vibration monitoring system
• Skilled use of MAXIMO & SAP Fiori for scheduling and planning for PM and corrective work orders and man power scheduling.
• Hand on Calibration, trouble shooting and on modifications for H2S, Hydro carbon, UV/IR, IIIR, and simplex F&G system and instruments.
• Repair and adjust Yokogawa FF (Field Bus) system transmitters’ spurs, HART compatible instruments, remove and replace defective parts Calibrate components and instruments according to manufacturers' specifications.
• Routine test and trouble shooting of Liner and ESDV PST (Partial stroking) using Yokogawa PRM and valve link software.
• Testing, repair and calibration of all type of Control and ON/OFF valve Choke valve and Motorized Operated valves like ROTORK and BIFFI.
• Testing, calibration, modification and hardware replacement of online gas chromatographs, testing and troubleshooting of moisture analyzers, oxygen, CO2, NOx, OX and other Analytical instruments.
• Thorough understanding of ILD, P and I Diagram, Functional/ Ladder Logic Diagrams, Cause and Effect diagrams, Process flow diagrams.
• Able to work on workshop special Equipment’s and calibration work bench.
• Daily routine run of reports for critical system Alarms and process Alarms (CAMS) from DCS HMI and packages HMI.
• Active team member with best interpersonal skills and i can distribute works among Instrumentation & Control Technicians.
• Daily comprehensive update and detailed e-logbook handovers at the end of each shift and crew change.
• Daily participate in safety briefings and toolbox talks before the job start and sharing experience and lesson learned.
• Perform the role of performing authority, isolating authority in the frame work of the integrated safe system of work (ISSOW).
• Maintain personal competency in alignment with the instrument technician CMAS competency profile.
• Support and develop peers across the multi discipline operations team.
• Agree work schedule and priorities with the ADNOC onshore supervisor and planner.
• Ensure spare parts and materials are available for planned maintenance activities
• I regularly maintained critical spares, ensuring the correct spares holding and adequate storage.
• Ensure Maximo work requests are sufficiently detailed, clearly defining the scope of work or nature of problem along with basic planning information.
• I can do system modifications as per approved work packs and authorized e-MOC.
• Always execute daily work schedules in a safe, efficient and diligent manner in accordance with approved platform procedures and routines, ETP’s and industry standards.
• Ensure Job plans and PMR’s are accurate and sufficiently detailed. Feedback proposed revisions to the E&I supervisor.
• Deliver full compliance with ADNOC Onshore LSR rules of safety and the PSVM site safety standard.
• I can prepare risk assessments and ICC’s in accordance with the control of work standard.
• Deliver on a personal auditing commitment. Participating in SOC’s, BOSS and PTW/ICC audits.
• I have the ability to work in both onshore/offshore environments.
• Always eager to learn new information or new skills and apply them in my work environment.
• I am able to work independently with minimum supervision and bring maximum results.
• Respond to emergency call-outs.
