- Maintains an accurate file system of construction documents including, submittals, RFI’s, Shop drawings, As-Built, Samples and ensures that the most current revision is maintained and updated on a regular project prescribed quality plan and in project folder and in aconex also.
- Monthly audit for the company’s Document Control system(s), Policies, and standards and liaise with other document functions on operational standards through QMS and PQP.
