 FOOD MARK (Landmark group) for their various restaurants across UA E with annually consumption of 68,625KG of poultry chicken calibrated and other precut chicken.

 Providing precut chickens to the cloud kitchens and hotels as per Chef signature dishes requirement. 

• Renew one year contract with HWH Hospitality (Jail Bird restaurant) for their all outlets in UAE including the airports outlets.
• IKCON group with a yearly contract and supply for frozen chicken, providing exclusive frozen chicken and cuts for the chef’s signature dishes.
• Current clients’ major hotels I am working with:
• Crown Plaza hotel, Dubai Marina, Radisson blue Hotel Water front, Redission canal view, ITF (international trading franchises), Kitopi, Q- Gourmet, ADNH- compass (Abu Dhabi national hotels), Jadaf Rotana Hotels Dubai, Park Regis hotel Dubai.
• Current clients traders to whom we are  supplying frozen food stuff on daily basis- Al Barari foodstuff, choice point, food care, Pulthan food stuff Sharjah.
• Current clients Super and Hyper market- Nesto different branches in UAE, Lebanese supermarket, Safari mall Sharjah. 
• Ability to work in conjunction with several product managers and quality managers from other countries.
