With over twelve years’ experience of teaching as a Home room teacher and Subject Middle leader , I have gained good command to engage students in learning and monitoring students’ progress and attainment in both small and large groups.

 I believe these skills, combined with my ability to foster constructive learning environment, make me ideal candidate for this role. The highlights from my current and past experiences in the capacity of Middle Leader includes: 

1. Planning and implementing Free zone activity concept in Cycle One. 

2. Executing Guided groups for students’ attainment. 

3. Executing Parents Forum on weekly basis/orientation of programs.

 4. Working in capacity of Phase 1 Middle Leader for academic affairs and routine consistency (over the time period of Three ADEK inspections) 

5. Experience for conducting and maintaining students’ records for MAP-PIRLS-PISA 

6. Leading cross curricula/Extra curricula activities across Phase One such as Expo Young Star and Young Innovators.

 7. Involved in curriculum planning and EYFS frame work for KG department. 

8. Organizing Professional development and conducting interviews for teachers. 

9. Organizing all academic and nonacademic activities and routine in phase 1. 

10.Knowledge of Common Core curriculum and British curriculum framework. 

11.Knowledge of UAE Ministry of Education and ADEK regulations relating to curriculum, assessment and compliance would be advantageous.

Home room/English language teacher and Phase One Middle leader/ Coordinator. Presently involved in Phase 1 routine /assessments and providing a healthy culture of learning. Recently, Participated in EXPO 2020 Dubai for Young Innovators and Young Star Program. Participated as a speaker for Guided Practice and Free zone in TESOL ARABIA 25th International Conference 2020. Having more than five years experience of conducting NWEA-MAP test ,PISA and other benchmark test including orientation session and PD’s for teachers. Expertise: Execution of Reading Campaign in phase One and participated in Expofied Reading Month and run Library operations onsite and virtual . Free zone Activities in KMiddle School . CELTA Experience: Having experience for teaching and apply CELTA techniques to Business communication teaching in ESOL. Curriculum planning with integration of EAL skills. Curriculum Planning: Have more than seven years’ experience for thematic planning in phase one with integration of English –math-science – moral – ESS and IT skills /Unit plans and yearly plan integrated with scope and sequence and embedded with collaborative and social skills called THEMATIC PLAN applying Common Core Standards. Have prepared the impact and action plan of curriculum plans independently to present during Irtiqa inspection. Assessment : Have more than ten years experience in monitoring/conducting MAP /PIRLS /TIMS exams as well as internal assessments in cycle 1 in the capacity of Middle leader which includes Assessment plan , lay out , guidelines , Orientation with students and parents, setup of examination and data analysis.
