Experience

  • Prepare tenancy contracts & documents for all leases.
  • Maintaining rental agreements and organized move-in/move-out procedure documentation and receiving cheques and cash of the company.
  • Liaising with the clients about the updates on their properties
  • Ensure that the vacant units are prepared in shortest possible time and advise the leasing of the flats ready for occupancy.
  • Track and follow up on maintenance request by the Tenant.
  • Reporting the conditions of the property and maintenance to landlords
