• More than 29 years of experiences in Oil and Gas Industry, Oil Refinery, Petrochemical Plant, Hydrocarbon Product Storage Facility, Offshore, FPSO, particularly in FEED, DetailedEngineering Design and Construction.
• Lead and manage the discipline team and ensure that the design and drafting services they deliver meet project requirement on time and within budget. Participate in project review. Ensure all drawings and documents are checked in accordance with company’s checking procedures.
• Responsible to check all piping deliverables such as piping general arrangement, equipment plan, plot plan, isometric, pipe supports and schedules, piping MTO generated from PDMS Model.
• Proactive resolve any discrepancies between Company and the client’s requirements. Identify issues and problems; develop appropriate and innovative solutions.
• Good working knowledge of piping design and installation practices, including applications of Industrial Practices. (i.e. ASME, API, ANSI, NFPA, Aramco Standard)
• Extensive knowledge in P&ID’s, EquipmentLayout, Plot Plans, Piping Plans, Isometric, Material Take-off, selecting and placement of pipe supports, line and valve lists.
• Organize and manage Piping/Mechanical Operations. Coordinate and solve site-related technical matters and design changes.
• Develops and check system design drawings in conformance with project specifications, design parameters, codes and industry practices. Squad checks P & ID’s and Data Sheets. Review vendor data/drawings.
• Prepare material take-off and technical requisition for materials order.
• Involved and developed engineering and detail design and construction schedules. Manage and scrutinize “as- built” mark-up drawings and data sheets
