• Appointed as Technical Superintended of the company for the Port of Napoli, in charge directly of three Ro-Pax ships.
•  In charge of the statutory and class rule update of the company fleet.
• Oversaw and report to the Technical Director the daily maintenance operations costs over 23 Ships accounts with a combined annual budget of 40M. (CAPEX and OPEX)
• Design and implementation of PMS -  Program maintenance system as per RINA rules.(23 Ro-Pax ship)

During this long experience, I had the opportunity to follow up all the designing p rocess up to construction and commissioning of different kind of shipbuilding. We acted mostly as consultants in different branches of ship designing. From the simplest rules, stability, drawing and plans updating, to the complete design (basic, structural, outfitting, plans, bid packages etc.). We had the opportunity to manage different prototype from basic stage up to the engineering and construction. During that experience I had pleasure to collaborate with many shipyards and clients changing locations and environment. Succeeded acquire skills like: Personnel, Time and Materials management, Problem solving and persuasion.
