  • Maintaining SQL Servers and MS SQL Backup’s and restoring backup’s
  • Dealing complex technical issues during development phase and providing the required support
  • Maintaining support tracking tool for Supporting of projects for issues handling, process changes
  • Configuring system according to client’s requirements and installations and Upgradations of SAP B1 application
  • Conducting the training session for the users, Product demonstration and customization
  • Planning project schedules and maintaining and providing regular project status to the management
  • Mapping client’s complex business process in to SAP B1
  • Assessment on client current processes and assists in identifying gaps then proposing solutions
  • Preparing documentation of implementation scope and design the proposed solutions and document sign off with department heads and core team members
  • Preparing BBP documentations and taking projects sign off from the clients
  • Post implementation support to the clients
  • Leading a team and planning project schedules and assigning works to the team members
  • Maintaining code backup’s and preparing technical documentation of project codes and add-on processes
