-Manage retrieval and disposition of obsolete documents

-Manage and coordinate client audits along with certification/accreditation audits

-Facilitate in training need analysis and development of training material related to QMS

-Promote QMS awareness for performance improvement across the organization

-Create a learning culture for QMS awareness and competency

-Realize continuous improvement through proper implementation of QMS

-Record and identify trend analysis in non-conformances

-Handle client complaints & feedback survey process

-Ensure suppliers quality through quality program 

-Ensure that all deliverables undergo checking and verification before being released to clients

-Manage periodic review of all technical & management system procedures 

-Work in conjunction with all site managers to ensure that all issues are identified, addressed and resolved

-Review the contract documents for all construction packages in respect of quality requirements and procedures and to inform site manager and contract team for any deficiency

-Organize Management Reviews through planned meetings and distribute minutes of meeting

-Ensure continuous improvement into processes through audits, evaluation of trend analysis of non conformances, management review meetings and client feedback survey.

-Focus on teamwork struggle to achieve/survive the certification on ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025 for   the Organization.
