 Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable
 Working with spreadsheets, sales & purchase ledgers and journals.
 Handling supplier cheques , keep recording and filing.
 Bank reconciliation and intercompany reconciliation with all branches .
 Support to the accountant and chief financial manager by performing clerical tasks such as filing, handling mail, preparing financial related documents & reports , replying to emails and bookkeeping.

 Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
 Posting payroll entries and ensure all payroll costs are correctly allocated accurately

 Preparing sales quotations, invoices, receipts and updating the same in the accounting system.
 Review and process reimbursements.
