Assisted in construction related activities like installation of new offshore pipelines, offshore modification/hook-up works, and other expansion projects.

Ensured that the equipment and materials comply with company standards and are suitable for the specified function.

Prepared pre-qualification documents for different types of tenders and recommended bidders list for approval.

Prepared tender and contract documents, defined objectives and scope of works, clarified bidders’ queries, and carried out the evaluation of technical and commercial bids.

Expansion and shut down piping activities of Crude and Coker plants. Executed structural fabrication and erection works of Coker plant expansion project. Monitoring of work progress, schedule etc. Done industrial cleaning like pig cleaning, hydro jetting etc. Review and approve various procedures submitted by contractors related o fabrication, erection, painting, insulation, flushing, pigging, pressure testing, pre-commissioning etc.

To take responsibilities in construction field like fabrication, erection of piping for Tankage, revamping works inside and outside the refinery.

Making proper construction schedule for fabrication and erection of all the piping works and take approval from the client.

Co-ordination of project execution works with planning department, Material Management Centre and Design Dept.

Preparation of pressure test packages.

Pre-commissioning activities like support auditing, spring support auditing, attending the punch points of third party.

Scope of work is 35,000 inch-dia., which consists of 10 tank connections and 4 pump stations outside the refinery. 15,000 inch-dia consists of 2 pump stations, three tank connections revamping, piping to the flare stack inside the refinery area.

Piping In-charge for Crude Distillation Unit shutdown project, which consists of 15 000 inch-dia.

Hydrostatic-test In-Charge for NGL 4 project, which consists of 1,400 packages.

Scope of works includes erection and commissioning works of DHDS & SRU Project. Responsible for manpower and material management for timely implementation of the project.

Responsible for erection, testing and commissioning of Ortho Xylene and Tatoray Units consisting of about 27,500 IM underground piping and 450,000 IM above ground piping. Piping consists of CS, AS, SS, LTCS, GRP, GI and IBR Materials.

Carried out erection, alignment and testing of Alloy Steel Headers for Heaters at 170 bars, which was a critical job.

Coordinated insulation, painting and banding of piping systems.
