Senior Executive Assistant to the Vice Chancellor and CEO

  • Be responsible for organizing and coordinating all the functions and activities of the Office of the Vice Chancellor and CEO.
  • Manage the calendar and make arrangements with all internal and external parties. Provide “gatekeeper” and “gateway” role, create win-win situations for direct access to the CEO’s time and office.
  • Prepare the Agenda and materials for Board of Trustees (BOT) meetings and communicate directly with the BOT Chair’s Office and BOT members to ensure attendance/quorum and distribute Agenda and materials.
