I would like to apply as the head of Arabic subjects in your school. I worked as a head of Arabic department 10 years while I also taught Arabic and Islamic for non-Arabs. 

My goal is to further develop my career into a rewarding, challenging and motivating role reaching my full potential with a progressive company. 

I have good experience in leadership and teamwork. I have Implemented, developed, and maintained curricular and extracurricular programs and managed staff, students and all activities of the school related to Arabic DPT. I am also very committed to student development and the learning experience. I am also great with parent communication as I believe it is important for every parent to monitor their children’s progress. I maintained a strong network of social communication between the parents and the school, and I was liaison officer on that network where I provided support to concerns raised by the parents about school-wide matters. I have good time management and a very good ability to work under stressful conditions. I am experienced in interactive learning to help motivate the students. I also have good classroom management.  I was on the committee responsible for recruitment of Arabic and Islamic teachers. I can train supervise and evaluate the staff members in the Arabic and Islamic department. 

• Working as an Arabic teacher for native and non – native speakers for ten years in Al Ain English Speaking School from 2009 - 2017
• Acting a role as Head of Arabic for Primary (for Arab and non-Arab) in Al Ain English Speaking School for Seven Years.
• Working as Arabic and Islamic teacher for non-Arabic speakers in Belvedere International School from 2018- 2022.
• Acting role as a Head of Arabic DPT (ministry subjects) in Belvedere International School from 2018- 2022.
• Acting role as SLT in Belvedere International School from 2018- 2022.

• Bachelor of Education (Arabic and Islamic studies) with excellent grading from Al Ain University of Science and Technology, Faculty of Education (Teacher of Arabic and Islamic Studies). 
• First year master degree in Education leadership at Malaya university
