Strategically manage the overall warehouse operations in alignment with the company policies and vision with respective to different industries and nature of business:

Assist in overseeing daily warehouse activities related to different temperature controlled and non temperature controlled FMCG's warehouses accounts : Canned Foods & Healthcare and pharmaceuticals - Gulf Food Industries , Smith & Nephew, Baxter, Johnson & Johnson, Sanofi - Automotive Industry -  Spare parts - Audi, Volvo, Ford - electrical and AV  components -3M and -BritePixl, -Fasteners World with nut bolts  & washers, threaded bars- Power Tools & Equipments - Hilti , Black & Decker, Dewalt including the overall receiving, storing, picking, packing, invetory management, QC and dispatching.

Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of all the items including the electrical and mechanical parts-specific components and assemblies being the most challenging.

Monitor inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and promptly reconcile any discrepancies.

Plan and control material inventory levels and manage daily shift operations effectively.

Coordinate with procurement and workshop/operations teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Supervise warehouse staff by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with health & Safety EHS and operational standards.

Maintain and optimize warehouse layout to enhance space utilization and operational efficiency.

Ensure all warehouse activities are compliant with company SOP's policies, safety standards, and ISO requirements.

Lead and participate in regular stocktaking activities and internal/external audits.

Manage inbounds and outbounds order fulfillment,  shipping consignments in coordination with relevant departments.

Conduct weekly visits to various branches across the UAE to ensure standardized practices and proper warehouse maintenance.

Utilize and update the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for accurate data tracking and reporting.

Support training and development programs to enhance the skills of warehouse personnel.

Prepare and present operational reports and updates to the Managing Director.

Ensure timely completion of all routine warehouse and operational tasks.
