I have over 13 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration, including more than 8 years in managerial roles across multinational organizations in the UAE, India, Ghana, and the UK. My expertise spans strategic HR leadership, talent acquisition, onboarding—including visa formalities—policy development, compliance, and employee engagement. I’ve led HR operations in both corporate and NGO environments, building sustainable frameworks, conducting training programs, and implementing audit systems. I’m certified as an NSDC Master Trainer and proficient in HRMS platforms such as Oracle Cloud HCM, SuccessFactors, and Workday, which enables me to drive efficient, people-focused solutions in dynamic, multicultural settings.
