Answer incoming phone calls and deal with inquiries.
Maintain and manage patient records.
Report hospital statistics to the management.
Perform other office tasks that management requires assistance
Accurately and efficiently encode data to organise and record
Confirm entered data aligns with the original document
Organise and maintain original paper evidence
Assure files are properly prepared and saved to backup drives
Interact with superiors and colleagues and provide assistance
