Thorough knowledge of HACCP & FSSC 22000 Requirements.
Internal and External communication to ensure unhindered production without compromising the quality of the product
Internally coordinating with the procurement department in reviewing and approving suppliers, liaising with the sales department to meet customer requirement and complaints.
Conducting regular GMP/GHP Internal Audits to ensure compliance to standards.
Conducting internal investigation on customer complaints followed by necessary corrective actions.
Managing traceability & Mock Recall Exercise.
Responsible for Quality Awareness programs and training of employees in various aspects of Food Safety.
Effective monitoring & implementation of CCP, GMP, GHP, Personal Hygiene & Pest Control Activity.
Development & implementation of SOPs & SSOPs.
Assisting the process of New Product Development and providing
feedback on management of the quality system.
Managing the documentation & due diligence and ensuring
compliance to current standards.
Responsible for online checks of incoming raw materials and
packaging materials.
Responsible for online monitoring of sandwiches, salads, breads,
croissants and a variety of bakery & pastry products.
Attending customer complaints at the customer’s end in case of any
discrepancy being reported.
Initiating corrective action and preventive action plan in case of any
internal and external complaints.
Raw Material & Final Product approval and acceptance from Dubai
Municipality.
Environmental Clearance Certificate, Approval for catering to schools from the Municipality
