About Hasnain Bukhari:

I as HR I have established and led the HR Department by developing comprehensive policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with school goals and regulatory requirements.

I have always acted as a role model senior administrator by demonstrating exceptional leadership and multitasking abilities in managing diverse HR and administrative functions.

Experience

I have very good experience and understanding of HR, Administration. I have completed Master in Business Administration and a post diploma as Executive MBA in Marketing.

I feel confident in managing all the HR requirements in any set up. My brief job portfolio is mentioned below:

  3. Future Leaders International Private School as Senior HR Officer from February 2018 to May 2023 and establish an HR set up for new School. Currently managing two branches.
  4. Worked at Summit International School as HR and Administration Manager, June 2015 to March 2017 managing recruitment processes procedures as well as the contract management and procurement matters.
  5. In July 2013 moved to UAE to work as Manager HR at International Community School, Abu Dhabi UAE to manage the affairs of HR such as recruitment & selection in timely manner, compliance with labor laws, policies and practices, payroll administration etc.
  6. In December 2007 joined HDF for the second time as Manager Administration and HR. I was managing overall functions of Administration and HR such as implementation of HR policies and administrative practices, including logistic & procurement management at Head Office and seven regions.
  7. In May 2005 moved to a Corporate Sector Saif Group of Companies where I worked more than 2 years as Office Coordinator by providing administrative support in the areas of logistics, procurement, and coordination of office matters.
  8. In November 2004 joined HDF to work as Manager Administration and HR for 5 months where I was involved in administrative, human resource, logistics, and procurement, maintenance matters.
  9. In August 1997 joined IUCN an NGO and worked for almost 7 years on various project administration jobs which includes working as Executive Secretary (5 years)and Project Administrator (2 years).
  10. Worked 7 years at Shifa International Hospital in Administration Section, with Hospital Administrator as Executive Secretary where I remained involved in various hospital administrative, operational and office management matters.

I possess strong analytic skills, excellent verbal, written, communication, and presentation skills and ability to work and manage diverse teams.
