Implementation of health safety and environment requirements in plant yard, workshop and projects,
Managing of the mechanic and electrical teams, welders, auto electricians, maintenance and service teams, diagnostic and solving the breakdowns, repairs, modifications, purchasing of spares parts, manufacturing.

Projects that I have looked after equipment - offshore and marine constructions, tunneling, road, bridge and airport constructions. 

I have been responsible for several projects, recruitment, placement of mechanics & service teams. Responsible for day to day problems, diagnostic of hyd, mechanic and electrical problems & preventative maintenance. teaching, motivation and team building.
