Prepare and review import/export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other required certificates. Ensure all required documents are completed accurately and in compliance with international trade laws and regulations. Track shipments to ensure they are processed and delivered within the required timelines. Address any issues with shipments, including delays, damages, or incorrect documentation. Ensure that customers are satisfied with the resolution and services provided. Work closely with other departments to resolve issues that require interdepartmental coordination Communicate with the freight forwarders regarding vessel arrival and other custom matters. Negotiating Freight to Shipping Line and Freight Forwarder Maintain all necessary and essential record or files for imports and export transactions.
