Prior to that I have worked with 3 organizations *PV Clean Mobility (EV, BLDC FUEL Pump, Motor Design, E-Water Pump, Electronically controlled Throttle Body) *ROKI R&D (Air Intake system, Air Cleaner, Air Duct, Filters) *L&T (Plastic product Design, Sheet metal, casting, Interior-Exterior Trims, Door Design, Door trims, Soft trims, Chassis Frame and subsystems, HVAC, Intake Manifold, Duct design & Product design & validation).

With more than 20,000+ Hrs. of Design & Development/ R&D supports for NPD and concept design model for various Industry domain like Automotive & off High vehicles, Industrial Products, Domestic appliances.

 To apply appropriate standards and design guidelines of GD&T and Tolerance stack-up analysis to make the design more robust, functional, and as per Design and Assembly requirements.
 Responsible for Designing, Developing, and validating 2D & 3D CAD models (Plastic, Rubber & Sheet metal), BOM structuring, and transfer of work (I/O) to Production/Manufacturing.
 Preparing Technical presentations, Mold go documents, Design Reviews, and ECR/ECN.
