ROLES:

1_ Assist the Anesthesiologist with patient evaluations , transport , positioning ,insertion of intravenous lines , Central line , arterial line and airway management .

2_Assist the Anesthesiologist for General Anesthesia, Spinal Anesthesia, Epidural Anesthesia and regional Blocks.

3_ Cleaned anesthesia machines , monitors and equipment following infection control procedures.

4_ Clean, test, calibrate and maintain anesthesia equipment .

5_ Disposed of contamineted items per infection control policy

I can :

• Anticipate and set up an organization of the anesthesia site according to the

patient, the type of intervention and the type of anesthesia, 

• Analyze the situation,

anticipate the associated risks according to the type of anesthesia, the

characteristics of the patient patient and intervention and adjust the anesthetic

management,

• Implement and adapt the procedure of anesthesia according to and the course of

the intervention, 

• Ensure and analyze the quality and safety in anesthesia and

resuscitation, 

• Contribute to the realization of the anesthesia and monitor the

patient on the anesthesia site and the post-intervention monitoring room. 

• Analyze the behavior of the patient and provide support and information adapted to the situation of anesthesia.

.Intubate and performe airway intervention if needed.

Bachelor's degree in paramedical sciences ; Major ( Anesthesia and ICU )
