Experience

• Updating the baseline program periodically in line with the site Progress
• Preparing the detailed baseline program in P6 (primavera) along with cost loading & Resource Loading as per the BOQ & generating Manpower histogram, equipment histogram and master logs.

• Preparation of daily, weekly / monthly progress reports /Dash Boards
• Attending Weekly Progress meeting & presenting the Weekly Presentation to the Client & Consultant
• Extracting Micro schedule program from master program & Generating look ahead Program using Primavera
• Preparation of Changelogs as per the site actual sequence after Baseline Program approval
• Reviewing the sub-contractor’s detailed work program submissions and prepare the evaluation report.
• Tracking of Subcontractor’s program periodically. 
• Preparation of tender programs as per the scope.
