Managing a complex portfolio of 20 brands fashion (like Roberto Cavalli by Franc Muller, Just Cavalli, Jacques du Manoir, Maserati,.) and watch maker Like (Cyrus, Mauron Musy, Reservoir,) with different price segment.

Develop effective annual business plan to grow market share.

Determined price schedules and promotional offerings.

Preparing the budget & sales forecasting for the brands.

Order’s analysis and order entry, order suggestions, price check depending on margins, payment terms
Anticipate new launches, making sure retailers have adequate stock on hand at the right time
Analyze and work based on sales target with Head of Sales and Management

Coordinating with the Marketing manager on the Yearly Marketing plan for the brand like (monthly event, certain occasions & action to boost the sales).

VM: 

update all the visuals as per the seasons and the guidelines of the supplier.

Following with the shops for any inquiry regarding the visuals and displays.

Supply chain and logistics:
Send orders for preparation, engraving if needed, documents, certificates for customs purpose
Laisse warehouse, forwarder and clients to arrange goods pick up asap
Follow up on the shipping until goods arrive at their destination.

Report:

Stock and sales analysis report.

Checking the fast-moving items are make sure we that we have enough stock coverage. On the other hand, on the slow-moving items we suggest some promotion and incentive to clear them.

Respond to all queries in a timely manner, solution oriented
Deal with complains and after sales service, gathering required documents from clients to

proceed their request and liaise with Supply chain to be aligned on the most appropriate solution.

   Design and implement a yearly plan for the portfolio encompassing, sales plan by brand/outlet, marketing plan brand, purchase plan by brand and action plan by brand and by outlet.

   Develop the sales performance by optimizing inventory levels in the stores, implementation the action/marketing plan.

   Monitor and manage key financial elements including gross margin,

expenses and stock levels.

   Optimize stock levels in stores by taking proper actions when needed.

   Provide regular feedback to suppliers on their sales, stock levels, rankings and promotional activities.

   Establish and maintain the correct communication methods:

Internally with team members about the expectations, results, and actions.

Internally with Sales management team and other peers to continuously improve teamwork.

    Externally with principals and business partners in order to always enhance the business relations.

   Exploring the Seasonal Collections and Placing necessary orders that suits GCC Market.

   Preparing orders after checking the existing stock and the sales of the previous month.

   Do follow up of all concerned shipments till it reaches the warehouse.

   Checking the invoices for correct prices and quantities of all the concerned shipments.

   Making classification for any new items and putting the prices before forwarding to Inventory Department. 

   Preparing immediately the distribution of the shipments received, as per the stock available.

   Coordinating with the Marketing and Advertising department regarding product launches, promotion, press releases, etc.

Following up with the Supervisors and sales staff regarding any issue or request, (such as displays, stands, urgent requisitions, etc.)

   Following up with Suppliers regarding any pending issue, (orders, training, delay in receiving shipment, etc).

   Conducting survey before launching any new product in the market.

   Coordinating between our department and the other divisions such as Inventory, IT division, Accounting, Administration department, etc.

   Weekly showrooms visit, to keep us in direct touch with the Supervisors and the sales staff, and be aware of any problems that they might be facing them with the customers….

   Timely follow-up with the Accounts division for payment to the Suppliers.

Monitoring with the Media division regarding advertisement of the brands in the Company’s monthly magazine.
