I am Dr. Iffat Sultana. I have done Fellowship (FCPS) in internal medicine from Pakistan and Post graduate diploma in Diabetes (UK). 
I am UAE resident with golden visa and hold DHA License /eligibility letter. I have more than 19 years' experience as a specialist in internal medicine and for the last 10 years i have been working in UAE primarily in NMC Health care (NMC Royal hospital DIP Dubai). 
Being an internal medicine specialist i have vast experience in managing routine as well as complicated patients both in OPD and inpatient settings independently and as part of multidisciplinary team of hospital. I have been actively involved in hospital mortality and morbidity meetings, clinical audits and played imperative role to assure safety and quality of work. I have good experience in making clinical guidelines for internal medicine department to manage common diseases and acute emergencies as per evidence-based practice. I have passion to teach and always involved in training and guiding junior doctors in day-to-day patients' management. 
I have good communication skills and I am proficient in English, Urdu, Hindi. I can speak basic Arabic.
