Acting as a liaison between Mighty Warner's Dubai and India by workflow smoothly with the below responsibilities:

1. Project management: Managing global client projects and teams, especially middle east & India.
2. Hiring: Coordinating with HR to fulfill the workstation skills by interacting with candidates in the final round and sharing skills preferences with the talent acquisition team.
3. BPR: Currently leading the BPR process and implementing the right solutions.
4. Training: Training BDM every Friday based on industry requirements and company subject matter.
5. Technology Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the company's long-term objectives and fosters innovation.
6. Partnerships and Vendor Management: Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage technology resources and stay abreast of industry trends.
7. Budget Management: Develop and manage the technology budget, optimizing.
8. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the technology team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high performance.
9. Product Development: Drive the design and development of cutting-edge products and solutions, ensuring they meet customer needs and industry standards.
10. Technology Architecture: Define and implement a scalable and secure technology infrastructure to support current and future business requirements.
11. Data Security and Privacy: Establish and maintain robust data security measures and compliance protocols to safeguard sensitive information.
