Iqra Reyaz

I am an accomplished researcher in chemical engineering and nanomaterials, currently serving as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Khalifa University, UAE. With a Ph.D. from IIT Delhi and B.Tech from NIT Srinagar, I have over a decade of research and industry experience spanning hydrogen generation, heterogeneous catalysis, carbon-based nanomaterials, and solar energy harvesting technologies. My work bridges fundamental material science with scalable, real-world energy solutions—ranging from photoelectrochemical water splitting and methane reforming to dye-sensitized solar cells and carbon nanomaterials. I have led and contributed to multiple interdisciplinary and industrial R&D projects, authored numerous high-impact publications and patents, and received several honors for my scientific and leadership contributions. My technical expertise covers reactor design, advanced characterization techniques, and the synthesis of functional nanostructures aimed at enabling clean energy technologies.
