Plan, Execute Data Center Operations projects and Changes (Planning, execution, support, closure).

Responsible for 100% infra uptime for all DC equipment.

Work on ticket-based system (Service Now Tool).

IT Network Hardware Installation, Troubleshooting, and on-site support.

Facilities equipment installation, Maintenance and operation.

Maintaining Inventory for commissioned and decommissioned Devices in Data Center.

Leading Onsite Logistics (Supervise receiving, verifying delivery notes, sign & stamp, operating scissor lift, movement using trolleys or pallet jacks till the destination by DC technician).

Handling the Data bearing devices safe and secure.

Coordination with all the IT Domain teams like (Security, Network, Unix, Windows, VM etc)

Education

Btech in Mechanical Engineer(AMIIE)
