• Testing and Certification of lifting equipments and its accessories, all type of Cranes: Mobile Cranes, Crawler Cranes, Tower Crane, Overhead Cranes, Gantry Cranes, Pedestal-Operated Cranes, Jib Head Cranes, etc.
• Testing and Certification of Electric Hoist, Cradle Window Lift, Passenger Hoist, Mast Climbing Platform, Man Basket, Material Basket.
• Testing and Certification of loose Lifting Gears like webbing sling, Chain sling, Wire Rope sling, Shackle, Chain Block, Lever Hoists, Lifting Clamp, Wire Rope Pulling assembly, etc.
• Testing and certification of runways and crane structures.
• Testing and Certification of Earth moving machines which consisted of Back hoe loader, skid steer loader, Excavator, Wheel Loader.
• Inspection and certification of various material handling equipments like Forklift and Telescopic handler.
• Testing and certification of MEWPs.
• Inspection of scaffold structures and material loading platform etc.
• Design and evaluate lift plans and load estimation.
• Provide technical support to client in the field of lifting, lifting equipment inspection and load testing.
• Conduct Personal Certification (riggers and operators) under DAC/ISO 17024

Responsibilities:

• Guiding the machines to service accordingly to the daily work schedule.
• To check boilers, chillers and pumps are working properly.
• To ensure all EHS (Environment Health & Safety) policies are followed.
• To ensure all work carried out meets the quality standards.
