Irvin Dela Cruz

A former Housekeeping Supervisor with a total 7 years of experience in hospitality industry both in the Philippines and in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. My jobs includes ensuring cleanliness and standardization of the establishment.

Firstly, my previous job as a Housekeeping Team Leader in a 3-star hotel and resort in the Philippines for almost 2 years has given me an excellent experience to enhance my supervision skills by working with a team and learning to ensure high level of customer service.

Furthermore, I worked almost 5 years in Hospitality Industry in Dubai, United Arab Emirates which I spent 4 of those said years as a Housekeeping Supervisor. That experience gave me a heads up in developing my multitasking, leadership, adaptability, communication and functional self-management skills. As a leading personnel in Housekeeping Department, I ensure the standardization and cleanliness of the hotel as well as the facilities. I also have been in-charge of training people to maintain a smooth flow of operation. I am also the In-charge personnel coordinating with Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) regarding the inspection of establishment to ensure that standards are met for hotel renewal of license to operate.

I finished my secondary level of education at Batangas National High School in the Philippines
