Land Surveyor (HOVAEL Construction (PVT) Ltd.) October 2021 to Present

  Road Project of Rehabilitation/Improvement and maintains of 53.79km in Gampaha District.  Coordinate and supervise the work of several field survey crews.  Survey control system establishment, Design and maintain control networks.  Conducting the preliminary survey in the proposed location, taking up all existing site details such as cross section survey, tree, pipe line, cable route & building for Earthwork & Structural designing.  Setting Out surveys for Bridges, Culverts & Drains.  Construction surveying in quality control and quality hold points.  Various volumetric surveysfor quantity measurements.  Study and carefully read the drawings for preparing the setting out and monitoring the installation of leveling.  Researching legal documents, survey records, and land titles to clarify information about property boundaries.

  Conducting Topographic Survey, Structural and Earthwork Setting out survey, and Longitudanal & Cross Section Survey of ADB funded iRoad project, RMC/SP1 in Galle District.  Supervising Survey Crows, Civil Technical Stuff's Survey Works  GPS Survey to Establishment Primary Control Points and Review of control netwok and maintain.  Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys in order to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed.  Recording results of surveys,verifying data and calculations. 

Surveyor (Aarking Engineering (PVT) Ltd.) April 2018 to August 2020

  Setting out surveys for Raintree Residencies, Colombo 03 & Premium International Injectable (PVT) Ltd Building Project, Koggala Free Trade Zone.  Establishment of Control points and Bench marks for Control Traverse network.  Vertical Alignment Survey.  Calculating the measurements of sites and Writing descriptions of property boundaries.  Assist in the preparation of ‘As-built’ drawings unsungAutoCAD.

  Conducting Control Traverse, Control Level, Topographic Survey, Setting out survey, and LONGITUDANAL & CROSS SECTION SURVEY of Rehabilitation/Improvement and maintains of 71km in Gampaha District. (iRoad Project)  LONGITUDANAL & CROSS SECTION SURVEY 100,000km Road development project (RDA) Galle district.  Established Control points using static GPS observations for Road Construction Projects in Gampaha and Colombo districts.  Cadastral and Blocking out surveys for various real estate development projects.  As built Surveys for various building projects in Colombo district.
