• Design a salary and compensation table, including allowances, benefits, and compensation for employees based on the job grading system.
• Prepare and manage a payroll system, including allowances, benefits, and compensation, and directly monitor work and leave manually.
• Manage and update monthly changes in salaries, including salary increases, bonuses, financial settlement, end-of-service, and other dues, as well as deductions for social insurance, loans, and other deductions.
• Update the employees' bank accounts and upload employee data and salaries to the wage protection system.
• Prepare payroll statements, review and analyze them, and extract reports to make appropriate decisions in collaboration with financial management.
