Dynamic and result -driven Social Development Specialist with over 15 years of progressive experience in policy and programmes development across diverse settings- United Nations, International NGO’s, Government Institutions,  academic entities, adn civil society organizations.  A dedicated practitioner of polcy Agenda -setting through Participatory Action Research, with a strong focus on amplifying the voices of youth and women at the grassroots level to inform inclusive programm and project design.

Author of academic peer-reviewed chapters highlighting the critical collabortion between academia, institutions and communities in crafting effective and sustainable policies and programs.  

Successfully, dvocated  for youth policy intititives in Canada, Kenya adn Somalia, and most recently led a diverse team in the development of Somalia’s National Youth Policy-2023-2030, culminating in the submission of its National Action Plan for implimentation.  

Pssionate about community empowerment providing ongoing coaching and voluntary mentorship to youth, women, and girls to inspire positive change within their communities.
