I have well expierience airport operation and rules and regulations safety & Security for airport operation and civil aviation authority.iwas joining in Emirates airlane sky cargo,and i easy learun quickly breakdown, buildup And flight freight services, know well high flammable liquids and gases for load upload the pmt and pvg plates.also work for Flc area,hot and cool Storage area.

After i was joined Ramp areas handling for load upload baggage, Cargo,postal,bags,fruits, meat, valuable non valuable goods and know the manuval load, container load,how to put the First and business class,value customer bags and easy

I have lhv 3 liecence.know well to drive the taxi wayaand flight parking Areas. maximum driving speed 20 to 25 km level must wearing always Airport driving permit with uniform.

I wrote internal training for customer service attend the exam getting Certificate from emirates airlane.iwas getting promote short period Working for customer service handled passenger arrival and depature area.emirates Mhp baggage storage area.also worked concierge service Retagging online bags,upload passenger delivery bags,transit passenger passenger bags.

I have good customer skills for passenger F/B pax handling meet and greet Keep smile always,special handling pax,younger pax,and kids.for onboard, Immigiration clearence,tickecting problem,passport enquiry easy to know well.

Specially i was handled passenger for jeddah,madhina,flight.handling Passenger and bags,holywater also and get good appereaction from Emierates manager and co supervicer. And i get Emirates customer&concierge servies NAJM Award
