My name is Ivana, I’m a nutrition coach and personal trainer based in Dubai, with over 14 years of experience living in the Middle East. My passion lies in helping people build sustainable health and fitness habits, focusing on balanced nutrition and being physically active to improve overall well-being.
As a strength and conditioning specialist, I work with clients to enhance their fitness levels, whether they’re beginners or athletes looking to optimize performance.
Outside of coaching, I challenge myself through triathlons, embracing endurance, discipline, and resilience—values I bring into my coaching.
I also deliver educational nutrition talks for corporate teams, helping organizations create a culture of wellness. My goal is to make healthy living accessible, effective, and enjoyable for everyone.
