Experience
Ensure that all guests on arrival feel welcomed by creating a sense of recognition and high sense of comfort.
Greet, check-in, check-out and settle guest account while ensuring all service standards are followed
Exhibit knowledge of hotel room categories, rates of the rooms, special promotions.
Maintain product knowledge regarding the hotel’s F&B outlets & Spa.
Use up selling techniques to maximize the hotel’s occupancy level.
Maintain knowledge of local services and respond to guest queries accordingly.
Deal swiftly, efficiently and sensitively to guest complaints and report the same to supervisor on shift.
To regularly ensure that the reception is organized and operating in an efficient standard and checklists are completed and forwarded to Shift Leaders/Duty Managers.
To attend the daily briefing and to be aware of all VIPs in-house
To follow the prescribed grooming standards and etiquette.
Education
I am a Diploma holder in Hotel and hospitality management, I have a high school Advanced and Ordinary Level certificate
