All of my working life has being around the academic field. I have 20 years experience in teaching in universities and 9 years in management in Universities. In addition to that I have 5 years experience in Management of Schools.

2014-Present    Associate Professor at Sudan University of Science and Technology. Teaching both undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Supervising research of undergraduate and postgraduate.

2016-2021 Director of Unity High School- Khartoum-Sudan

Position Description: Day to day running of the school (800 students, 200 employees), Preparing the school annual Budget. Recruitment of (foreign and local) teachers and admin staff. Developing, executing and monitoring short and long term plans of the school development. Overseeing the Finance, accounts and maintenance of the school. Liaising with the Ministry of Education and other governmental bodies. Ensuring that the school is in line with the latest legislations and Labour Law. Implemented a school Management System.
Introduced and oversaw the online teaching platform – the first school in Sudan.

2014-2016 Head of Research and Patenting Department

esponsible of evaluating the outcome of financed researches and, together with the committee, the best was chosen for patenting. 
Organising training courses and workshops on intellectual property.

2006-2014 Masters Course Coordinator

Responsible of updating the curriculum, assigning lecturers to different courses, overseeing exams and publishing results. 
I also prepared a proposal for a Doctorate degree by courses in Communication Engineering for the Electronics Department.

2002-2005 PhD in Electronics Engineering- University of Kent-Canterbury- Kent- UK. The course was a scholarship from the University of Kent.

2000-2001 MSc in Broadband and Mobile Communication- University of Kent- Canterbury- Kent- UK. The course was a scholarship from Sudan University of Science and Technology
